1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product has manufacturing defects
  • Item is missing from the order

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Unboxing video and product images may be required as proof

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used products
  • Customized products
  • Products damaged after use
  • Kite manjha or kite accessories damaged due to improper handling
  • Clearance or sale items

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved by our team.

Approved refunds will be credited:

  • To the original payment method
  • Within 5–7 business days

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our mistake, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
  • In other situations, the customer may need to bear the shipping cost.
